RoboHelp menu missing from TCS5/ FM12

Hi

I am evaluating TCS 5, as an upgrade from TCS 4.

I don't see the RoboHelp menu, which I can use to apply DHTML effects. Is it moved to some other place? The Help still refers to RoboHelp menu.
